New Year, New Predictions, New Trends!
Cathy McKnight of Digital Clarity wrote a great blog post about what’s our January Topic: 2013 Predictions, Trends and Hot Topics. Her blog lists 10 predictions made by the company.
In her post, customer engagement and marketing was the shining star – throughout. We have already seen many vendors release the upgrades incorporating marketing suites in 2012. It is now time for the marketing suites to be implemented in order to encourage and enhance customer engagement. Our January show will unveil the predictions within our industry.
