Meet Heather MacFayden Appearing on CMS-Connected
We would like to introduce you to CMS-Connected first timer, Heather MacFayden from Falcon-Software. Falcon-Software is one of our lead sponsors, next to Digital Clarity Group and we've been looking forward to welcoming one of their team onto the show for ages.
Heather is the VP of Production as well as their Senior WCM Analyst. She is also Falcon's longest serving staff member having joined the company in 1993 so her expertise in this area is well established. Behind the scenes, Heather oversee's all of Falcon-Software's production teams; from design to development and go live; Heather monitors the implementation pulse of the company.
Outside of work Heather has been involved in a long distance charity ride raising funds and awareness for ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). These road cyclists cover 400 KM's over 7 days, riding from Kamloops, BC to Keremeos.
