New ELO ECM Suite will be Presented at 2018 Document Strategy Forum

Version 11 delivers new capabilities for analytics and GDPR implementation

BOSTON, May 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- ELO Digital Office USA, enabling businesses to improve collaboration and streamline information management in a digital economy, announced it will unveil version 11 of its Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Suite at the 2018 Document Strategy Forum (DSF'18). The ELO ECM Suite includes ELOprofessional for small- to mid-sized companies and ELOenterprise for large companies and corporations. Additionally, an ELO USA DSF speaker session will address document management and GDPR compliance. ELO USA will demonstrate the new ELO ECM Suite as well as the entire ELO product line for intelligent document management at DSF18 at the Marriott Copley Pace (May 21-23).

ELO ECM Suite 11 – Ready for GDPR Compliance Implementation
Compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which plays an integral role in ELO ECM Suite 11, will affect all companies exchanging data with EU-based organizations. GDPR's objective is to give individuals more control over their personal data, particularly when it comes to sharing information with businesses and other organizations. ELO ECM Suite 11 is GDPR compliance ready and can be used to implement GDPR processes and features. With ELO ECM Suite 11, businesses can easily implement mandatory organizational and IT measures for protecting personal data while ensuring transparency. Featuring access concepts with special encryption mechanisms, ELO ECM Suite 11 also includes functions for identifying data sets, as well as meeting deletion and retention periods.   • Tag Cloud: collection of the most popular hashtags in a feed. From the ELO home screen, users have a quick overview of topics trending within their company.
  • Polling: facilitates collaboration, making it easy for users to vote on topics/issues in the ELO system.
  • Transmittal Letter: gathers and logs documents in projects for delivery.
  • Optimized Performance: improved search and streamlined processes.
