We were first introduced to Seth back in February when he joined us on set for our discussion on Big Data. Seth showed us how comfortable he was in front of the cameras and pretty much assured himself another appearance as soon as we could lure him back. This month we welcome Seth back to the show for our endearing examination into why so many intranets just straight up, suck!

There's no way to sugar coat it, organizations and decision makers seem hellbent to repeat the mistakes of all those that have come before them. Why do they do it? Is there not universal knowledge and awareness that tries to learn and evolve in order to make educated choices?

Our very special guest, Seth Earley will once again grace the CMS-Connected desk to help us make sense of this bizarre and consistent trend.

All things considered, we won't dwell too long on the negative side of unfortunate intranet implementations, and will look to the future.

What are the well engineered intranets looking to build on after a proven record of engagement. When the productivity and community development targets are reached, what will the next phase in the evolution be? This is where we will see Seth's eons of experience shine (I hope he doesn't mind us using that term). We look forward to having you join us.
