New CMO at ScribbleLive

Mary Ward has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer at ScribbleLive. She will lead ScribbleLive’s global marketing organization and continue to build the company’s brand as it integrates its product portfolio and expands into new regions. Ward first came to ScribbleLive through its acquisition of ion interactive in September 2017. “Mary brings a unique skill-set to this role. Having led account service and marketing teams at ion, Mary understands the dynamics of interactive content, the evolving MarTech industry, and how to create real value for clients in this space,” said Efrem Ainsley, CEO of ScribbleLive. “This, combined with her leadership skills and passion for the customer makes her the ideal leader for this function. BloomReach's Expansion

BloomReach plans to expand its India presence in 2018. Change at Electronics Arts

The leadership in charge of Electronic Arts is getting a bit of a remix. No one is leaving one of those top positions, but Chief Executive Officer Andrew Wilson is putting people into new roles and bringing on at least one new face. “I’m a big believer in having the courage to change, especially in service of our players and our future,” Wilson wrote in a blog post. “To that end, we have aligned on several strategic organizational changes that will sharpen focus on the creative core of EA, drive precision in our operations, and define clear leadership for our growth initiatives.” Here’s what's changed: Patrick Söderlund, who was previously the executive vice president in charge of EA’s studios, is getting a promotion to chief design officer; Laura Miele is stepping into the newly created role of chief studios officer that will have some of Söderlund’s old responsibilities;  Blake Jorgensen, who was already the chief financial officer, is now also EA’s chief operating officer; Chris Bruzzo is getting an expanded marketing and analytics team as chief marketing officer,  and finally Matt Bilbey is moving up EA’s business team to the executive vice president of strategic growth. Joomag Expands Operations

The all-in-one digital platform Joomag announced the expansion of it’s operations into China. "We've been eyeing the Chinese market for quite awhile now," said Ruben Vardanyan, founder and CEO of Joomag. "China's economy is one of the world's largest emerging markets and presents a promising opportunity for many international companies. It's a chance for us to accommodate both Chinese and international businesses.” Gevorg Grigoryan, General Manager of Joomag's newly established office in Shanghai, echoed Vardanyan's sentiments: "Over 77 million companies operate in China. Elected to The Board

Rhonda Wunderlin, VP of Performance Management of Informa Engage has been elected to the SIIA Board of Directors (Software and Information Industry Association). SIIA is the trade association of digital content and software, thus benefitting its members with the deliverance of advocacy, leadership and marketing information. Wunderlin has been elected for a two-year term with the SIIA and in response, said, "I'm excited to help grow the SIIA Software & Services Division and I look forward to joining forces with the other board members to bring a focus to key industry issues. New Head of Global Sales

Captiv8, hires Lynn D'Alessandro as Head of Global Sales & Brand Partnerships.  Before Captiv8, Lynn ran sales and marketing for Womensforum, recently acquired by VIX, where she developed a full suite of advertising solutions. Lynn was integral in growing the company's offerings by continuing to meet the demands of marketers through the development of multi-channel solutions leveraging media, a content production studio, consumer promotions, and shopper marketing services. Management Changes at ZenMate

Andrei Mochola, former global VP-level Executive at multinational cybersecurity company Kaspersky Lab, will step into the role as CEO at ZenMate. "I'm extremely happy to join ZenMate - an agile team of success-driven professionals who are passionate about the privacy and security of our digital lives. I strongly believe that the brand and privacy service that ZenMate provides will guarantee its success in the industry, as well as the support of its trusting customers. After five years with ZenMate, co-founder Simon Specka steps down as Managing Director and CEO. SDL New CFO

Xenia Walters has been SDL's interim Chief Financial Officer since June 2017 and takes up the permanent post with immediate effect. Adolfo Hernandez, Chief Executive of SDL, said: "We are delighted to welcome Xenia to the board and look forward to working with her as we drive forward and execute SDL's transformation plan."  Walters was previously the Chief Financial Officer of SDL's Fredhopper business, where she played an instrumental role in its successful divestment. Don Matejko Joins Showpad

Showpad, a powerful sales and marketing success platform, has named Sap Hybris Veteran Don Matejko as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer. New CEO at Docupace

Docupace Technologies, appoints current board member Mark Tapling as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Tapling brings over 20 years of CEO experience in B2B software to Docupace, in both public and private companies. From May 2016 and before this appointment, Tapling served as a Board of Director of Docupace. Tapling will focus on leading and implementing the company's business strategy and the deployment of scalable processes that enable a great customer and partner experience while the company grows. Atonix Digital's New President

Joe Kuntz as New CFO

DemandJump, has hired Joe Kuntz as Chief Revenue Officer. Urban Airship Hires Former Salesforce Pro

Urban Airship has announced that they now have a former Salesforce marketing technology pro as their new SVP of Marketing. Michael Stone has joined its executive leadership team to lead Urban Airship’s global marketing team. In his new role, Stone will direct its integrated marketing efforts, and create new positioning and go-to-market strategies as the company rapidly grows its platform for multi-channel real-time customer engagement. From Time Inc to Reddit

Reddit has hired former Time Inc. President of Digital Jen Wong to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer. Wong will be tasked with managing Reddit’s business strategy, working out of the company’s New York office. Wong left Time Inc. earlier this year when the company was acquired by Meredith Corp for $1.84 billion. “Jen is a seasoned digital veteran and successful executive at some of the biggest media companies in the world, her experience and vision will help carry Reddit’s momentum forward in the years to come.” said Steve Huffman CEO. New CEO at comScore

Bryan Wiener has been appointed Chief Executive Officer at comScore. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the media and technology industry to his new role as CEO of comScore. Wiener served as executive chairman at 360i, a 1,000-plus-employee advertising agency known for its ability to help brands capitalize on change through innovation and a data-driven approach to marketing. With the appointment of Wiener as CEO, Bill Livek, comScore’s current President and Vice Chairman, will transition to the new role of Vice Chairman of the board and Special Advisor to the CEO. Wiener and Livek will assume their new positions on May 30, 2018. The CEO position at comScore has been unoccupied since former CEO, Gian Fulgoni, retired in November 2017. “Bryan is a universally-respected change agent in the business world, known for specializing in growing companies into market leaders, and I am thrilled to welcome him to the comScore executive team,” said Livek. “Over the past six months, I’ve gotten to know Bryan well and believe deeply in his vision for comScore, as well as in his ability to inspire our existing workforce and secure new talent to support the evolving needs of the company.” Read more: Here

Another Addition at Spiceworks

James Pinckney has joined Spiceworks as the new Senior Vice President of Revenue. In his role, James will lead the Spiceworks sales and delivery organization, optimize operations to continue accelerating growth, and focus on helping technology brands increase revenue by more efficiently reaching technology buyers globally. "James' passion for technology and extensive experience growing and managing billion-dollar organizations will help us capitalize on the growth opportunities in front of us," said J Scott Di Valerio, Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Spiceworks. "James is a proven leader with an exceptional ability to create and implement effective sales strategies, develop leaders, and improve processes that drive business results. Former IBM Exec Joins Elastic Path

Former IBM Director Darin Archer has been announced as the New Chief Marketing Officer for commerce platform provider Elastic Path. He will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing and product marketing teams. “A technology maverick, Darin was the original champion of experience-driven commerce who challenged the entire industry to reimagine online experiences with content and commerce,” said Harry Chemko, CEO, Elastic Path Software. “We’re thrilled to welcome Darin on board as CMO. New Data Protection Officer

AppsFlyer has appointed Guy Flechter as Data Protection Officer. In this new role, Flechter will lead the company’s continued commitment to high standards of data security and privacy. The appointment follows the recent hiring of Flechter as Chief Information Security Officer. As Data Protection Officer, Flechter will lead an expanded data security team that will enforce data protection laws and practices for ongoing diligent compliance with the requirements of European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and relevant data protection laws and regulations across AppsFlyer’s solutions and teams. “We put clients’ needs at the center of everything we do, and, as a data processor under the new GDPR guidelines, we will assist them in every way possible to become compliant by the time enforcement begins,” said Oren Kaniel, CEO and co-founder of AppsFlyer. “Guy will continue to lead our information security efforts, and assist our clients with understanding the role we play as data processor, help implement best practices under the new GDPR guidelines, as well as lead AppsFlyer’s GDPR compliance moving forward.” Read more: Here

New Board Member at Hubspot

Avanish Sahai joins the Hubspot board as David Skok, General Partner at Matrix Partners and longtime advisor to HubSpot, retires from the board. Skok joined HubSpot's board in 2008, offering expert guidance as the company went through its IPO in 2014 and hit other important milestones. "I want to thank David for not only being a far-sighted early investor in HubSpot, but also for his invaluable advice and counsel over the better part of the last decade. While I'm sad to see him go, I'm confident that Avanish will make a fantastic addition to the team," said Brian Halligan, co-founder and CEO of HubSpot. New Business Unit and Leadership

Cloudera, Inc a modern platform for machine learning and analytics, optimized for the cloud, announced the formation of three business units that will focus on the company's core Machine Learning, Analytics, and Cloud initiatives. To lead the business units and accelerate growth, Cloudera named three General Managers (GM). The GMs will report to Charles Zedlewski in his new role as Senior Vice President, Emerging Businesses. The newly appointed GMs and their respective business units are as follows:  Hilary Mason, GM, Machine Learning; Anupam Singh, GM, Analytics and Vikram Makhija, GM, Cloud. Read more: Here

Newly Appoint CFO

Greg Lewis has been named Vice President, Corporate Finance at Honeywell. He will transition into the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on August 3. Tom Szlosek, is retiring for personal reasons. Szlosek will work closely with Lewis to ensure a seamless transition and provide consulting services to the Company for five months after his retirement. When he becomes CFO, Lewis will also become an Officer of the Company. "During his tenure at Honeywell, Greg has gained a thorough understanding of our businesses, markets and customers along with a stellar operational finance skillset, and he has a track record of driving great business results in a variety of industries," said Honeywell Chairman and CEO Darius Adamczyk. "In his most recent assignment as leader of our EIM initiative, Greg has been standardizing data access and transforming information systems across Honeywell's enterprises into a differentiator in how we serve our customers, create new offerings and run our businesses to drive superior returns." Szlosek joined Honeywell in 2004 and has held a series of progressively larger finance roles, including CFO for Honeywell ACS, where he helped transact 15 acquisitions valued at $3 billion. He was named to his current position in 2014. "Tom has been an instrumental part of our leadership team, helping drive profitable organic growth and shape our decision making around the upcoming spins of our Homes and Transportation Systems businesses," Adamczyk said. Microsoft Veteran Joins Datagran

Greg Jensen joins Datagran in a newly created position of Chief Product Officer. Jensen has nearly 30 years of experience in engineering, product marketing, and product management and development. He joins Datagran from Microsoft Corporation. Jensen will be responsible for product development and partnerships to help drive Datagran's business strategy and growth. He will also provide the company's executive team with technical expertise in program management, analytics and user experience. "Greg's proven leadership in the software industry is a strong asset for Datagran's growing executive team," said Carlos Mendez Solano, founder and CEO of Datagran. "He has led major product launches that have resulted in growth at both a Fortune 10 company and an emerging startup.
